My Rewards
It’s so easy to use your points through the My Rewards service. First, redeem your points, making sure you have enough to cover your purchase, including all taxes, administrative charges, and shipping costs. Also, make sure your purchase is qualified under the guidelines provided. If you’re not sure, please contact the Partner Rewards Plan Customer Service Centre Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and and 9:00 p.m. EST at 1-866-877-5688.
Then, download the PDF My Rewards Redemption Request form, fill in all the details, and upload or fax it, along with your supporting invoice or receipt to the Program Administrator – the fax number is on the top of the form! Once approved, you’ll receive a cheque, payable to you, in the mail within about 10 to 15 days.
For those times when you would like an item that is not available through the PRP Rewards Catalogue, you can select and purchase your own unique travel or retail rewards through our new My Rewards program. To redeem using this option, the reward you choose must have a minimum retail value of $500 (CAN).
Once you have chosen your reward, simply submit the information outlined on the My Rewards Redemption Request Form below, then fax it to Partner Rewards Plan Customer Service Centre for approval.
1) My Rewards PURCHASES
New to the Partner Rewards Plan, you are now able to purchase your own item or trip and submit your receipt/invoice for reimbursement. That means no more waiting to enjoy your reward!
To quality for My Rewards, your purchase must meet the conditions outlined below. You will also need to complete and submit the My Rewards Redemption Request Form to us for reimbursement, either by email or fax. (The My Rewards Redemption Request Form will be provided once you have redeemed your points.)
a) My Rewards are only available if the item cannot be purchased through the existing PRP Rewards Catalogue, including through any available Gift Certificate offerings.
b) Under the My Rewards program, items with associated depreciation and liability risks cannot be obtained through your redemption, including but not limited to motor vehicles, gambling, medical and related expenses, art, animals, land, real estate, loans and credit cards.
c) Under the My Rewards program, invoices must be submitted for redemption in Canadian dollars and must be from a Partner Rewards Plan-approved vendor, located in Canada. Redemption eligibility for all items offered under My Rewards must be approved by a Partner Rewards Plan Program Administrator and is at the sole discretion of Partner Rewards Plan. The Program Administrator reserves the right to refuse any order submitted.
d) My Rewards may be subject to service charges, payable by the Approved Member.
e) Orders must have a minimum value of $500 (CAN), inclusive of any applicable taxes or administrative fees.
f) Partner Rewards Plan and the Program Administrator are not responsible, nor accountable, for the quality of any goods/services purchased by an Approved Member requesting reimbursement through the My Rewards program.
g) The Program Administrator will not accept returns of My Rewards orders.
h) A $25 Service Fee will be charged to Approved Member’s for replacement of lost or stale-dated cheques.

Please note that your receipt/invoice must contain:
· A unique invoice number
· The store name, address and telephone number.
· The name of the salesperson, if applicable.
· HST/GST/QST number.
· All applicable information: trip information/confirmation number, item name, brand name, model number, description, quantity, colour, size, etc.
· Total (CAN) dollar value for the purchase, including any applicable taxes and other costs/surcharges related to the purchase. Please note we are unable to accept non-Canadian dollar invoices or receipts.
After you have made your purchase, you will need to email the completed My Rewards Redemption Request Form and a copy of your receipt/invoice to info@partnerrewardsplan.com. You may also fax your completed My Rewards Redemption Request Form and your receipt/invoice to 905-686-5635 (Please remember that your My Rewards Redemption Request Form must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice).
